I found out that my favorite muffin that I've been eating multiple times a week is over 1,000 calories! I am disgusted and will never eat one again

Mikelle is a missionary! She went into the MTC on Wednesday and is learning indonesian. I'm so excited for her, but also sad she is leaving me. Last Wednesday night she came down to Provo to go bowling and hang out with us one last time.

Sunday was her farewell, she did AMAZING!

Tuesday night she was set apart as a missionary and luckily my rehearsals were cancelled so I was able to go, surprise her and say goodbye :)

see you in 18 months :)
